Q: If I'm a current ShipRush for Endicia user, do I have to switch from Endicia to Stamps.com?
Yes.

Q: ShipRush is asking for a license. Where can I get this?
If only ShipRush Endicia is in use, or if you use ShipRush for FedEx ecommerce in addition to postal versions of ShipRush, please click here to get a new serial number.

If you are using a paid license (all ShipRush UPS & FedEx for desktop applications), please email ShipRush Support at info@shiprush.com for an updated license to include Stamps.com support. (Please include your company, phone # and application you are using ShipRush with in the email!)

Q: What is the cost for a Stamps.com account?
The accounts are $29.95/month. For new Stamps.com customers, the first 60 days are free (you pay for postage, insurance, and shipping fees, of course).

Q: Are there any special offers for Stamps.com ?
Yes! New Stamps.com customers are eligible for a free USB scale! You can select this free offer during the ShipRush setup wizard.

Q: I already have a Stamps.com account, how can I get started using ShipRush?
You will need to upgrade your Stamps.com account by calling the Stamps.com toll free customer support at 888-434-0055 Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Tell the customer support representative that you would like to upgrade to ShipRush for Stamps.com, and your plan can be modified immediately over the phone. Once you have moved to the Shiprush plan, your Stamps.com account will work in both ShipRush and the Stamps.com software.

Q: I'm a high-volume shipper. Are there any special deals on the account fee for me?
If you ship over $5,000 per calendar month in exepedited postage (Priority and Express) your Stamps.com monthly account fee will be automatically refunded in the first few calendar days of the following month.

Q: What do I pay for my shipments?
Postage printed from ShipRush is at the commercial rate for USPS shipments. The Post Office offers a discounted rate on postage printed electronically over postage paid for at a post office.

Q: How can I get a postage refund if I need to delete or void a shipment?
From the Orders screen, click on 'Shipments' at the top. Select the shipment you want to request refund for. Click "delete". This submits the refund request to the Stamps.com servers automatically. There is a waiting period of 4 weeks before Stamps can refund the postage to your account.
