- Install ShipRush for Stamps.com side by side with ShipRush for Endicia
- Use ShipRush for Stamps.com for a few days, or even a few weeks
- After you have used ShipRush for Stamps.com, then close your Endicia account
- Before closing your Endicia account, export your shipping history from Endicia.com (you will lose access to this data after the account is closed)
- Before switching to ShipRush for Stamps.com, export shipping history from ShipRush Endicia (it can be exported to PDF and Excel)

If only ShipRush Endicia is in use, or if you use ShipRush for FedEx in addition to postal versions of ShipRush, please click here to get a new serial number.
If you are using a paid license (all ShipRush UPS & FedEx for desktop applications), please email ShipRush Support at info@shiprush.com for an updated license to include Stamps.com support. (Please include your company and phone # in the email!)
Q: What is the cost for a Stamps.com account?
The accounts are $29.95/month. For new Stamps.com customers, the first 60 days are free (you pay for postage, insurance, and shipping fees, of course).
Q: Are there any special offers for Stamps.com ?
Yes! New Stamps.com customers are eligible for a free USB scale! You can select this free offer during the ShipRush setup wizard.
Q: How can I raise the maximum account balance on my Stamps.com account?
Simply contact Stamps.com at 888-434-0055 Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific
Time. Tell the customer support representative that you are a parcel shipper and would like to raise your account balance maximum. (This is also a good time to set up ACH payment to fund your postage from a checking account.)
Q: I already have a Stamps.com account, how can I get started using ShipRush?
You will need to upgrade your Stamps.com account by calling the
Stamps.com toll free customer support at 888-434-0055 Monday
- Friday, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Tell the customer support
representative that you would like to upgrade to ShipRush for
Stamps.com, and your plan can be modified immediately over the
phone. Once you have moved to the Shiprush plan, your Stamps.com
account will work in both ShipRush and the Stamps.com software.
Q: My Endicia account has always been free because I'm
a high-volume shipper. Will I have to start paying for an account
now, after I switch to Stamps.com?
No.
If you ship over $5,000 per calendar month in exepedited postage (Priority and Express) your Stamps.com monthly account fee will be automatically refunded in the first few calander days of the following month.
Q: Will I lose my Endicia data when I move to Stamps.com?
Your ShipRush data is not lost. All orders and shipping history remain
in ShipRush and are not changed. And of course, if you have ShipRush set
to mirror shipments to the My.ShipRush web site, that data is untouched by
moving to Stamps.com.
After you close your Endicia account, you will no longer be able to log in to Endicia.com. Before closing your Endicia account, you should be sure to apply for any needed voids/refunds. If you rely on shipping history information on Endicia.com, you can do a data export from Endicia.com prior to closing the Endicia account. We suggest that you keep your Endicia account open for a week or so after switching to Stamps.com, just in case you need to access the account.
